Hours of Service
In Indiana hours of service are Sunday – Saturday- 7:00AM – 3:00AM. All bar service must be cleared 30 minutes after legal serving time ends. The only day when sale is Unlawful is Christmas Day. No carry out or on premises consumption.
On Election Day* you may serve alcoholic beverages both on premise and for off premise consumption from 7:00am – 3:00am. (Effective March 2010).
