Forward Swizzle

When you have gotten the hang of it, start at a stationary position. Put your heels together and your toes apart, just like a penguin. Hands and arms at shoulder level and bend your knees. Then start to slowly straighten your legs and start pointing your feet towards each other. It takes a while to get, but if you can do six in a row, you're a pro.
