African Shakers

There is a extensive variety of African shakers from various parts of Africa consisting of:

Gourds:Shekere shakers (Axatse gourd raattles), Televi (2 seed filled gourds on each end of a string), Ankle shakers (made of any marterial on a string or band, tight about the ankles).

Woven rattles:Ghana woven rattle, Loop hand double cane rattle, straw rattle.

Wooden:Cabasa shaker (creates a scraping sound), Shakka shaker (tube style shaker), double wood bell rattle.

Stick rattle: Juju seed rattle, Kenya tall rattle, coconut shaker, Ratatak shaker, cane rattle, triple seed rattle

And the list goes on.
