Also known as Secure. Usually abbreviated as "KS." Kill steal is the act of one Hero stealing the kill of another Hero when the latter Hero could have easily finished the enemy by their self. On the other hand, kill secure refers to a Hero finishing the kill of another Hero who failed to do so. The two terms are interchangeably used by players jokingly or in a satirical way.
