Fried Meatballs are a very delicious food of Greek and Turkish cooking, that you can make at home on your own, and/or also find it in Greek and Turkish restaurants. You need for portion of four people the following ingredients: 1 kg mince meat of beef, three tablespoon olive oil, one slice of wet bread, (bread sunk in water for 15 min), an onion, one blended tomato, salt, pepper, ouzo (that you can find in all Greek and Turksih supermarkets or buy at international airports mainly in Greece or Turkey), oreganon, and kumin. You put the mince meat in a big deep bowl, adding above ingredients, and you mix with hand well, till all ingredients are absorbed. Then you make small meatballs from it, which you put in flour and fry them all, each time few of them in a big pan of burning oilive oil, till they are well done, at round 170-180 C. You serve with Greek salad, from tomato, cucumber, onion, olives, salt, pepper, green pepper all cut into small pieces, with olive oil, and some times with fries. (fries is optional, is this food is bit heavy, but for hungry people, salad and fried potatoes are also Okay..
